The Prattville Service League takes pleasure in presenting the 71st Annual Prattville Service League Labor Day BBQ. Since it’s inception in 1948, thousands of dollars have been raised each year and have been donated back to the community. This success has been made possible only through the generous support of Prattville citizens, businesses, Service League members and YOU, the artist and craftsmen.

The day will be filled with fine entertainment, children’s activities, the Miss Labor Day Pageant, barbecue and crafts. We invite you to join us and help the PSL Labor Day BBQ to be the most successful ever.

NOTE: Raffle ticket, firearms, weapons, food and drink sales are PROHIBITED unless approved by the sponsor.

Application: An entry fee of $50 ($40 if a raffle prize or certificate is donated).
A signed registration form must accompany each application. Make checks payable to the Prattville Service League. Checks will be deposited upon receipt. Please do not send cash. Please send all applications to Prattville Service League, P O Box 681595, Prattville, AL 36068.
Deadline: Entry forms must be received by August 10, 2024
Refunds: The registration fee will be fully refunded if cancellation is made before Aug 15 2024. After this date no refund will be made. There will be no refunds in the event of cancellation due to inclement weather.
Exhibiting: All means of display must be provided by the exhibitor. Tables and chairs will not be provided. Exhibit spaces will be approximately 12×12. There is a limited amount of electricity (110V) which will be provided on a first come basis as registration forms are received. No more than two people may share an exhibit space.
Set Up: Sunday Sept 1, 2024 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM and Monday, Sept 2, 2024 from 6:00 AM until 8:00 AM. Space assignments will be available during these set up times. All vehicles must be removed from the exhibit area by 8:00 AM on Monday the 2nd and may not re-enter until 3:30 PM.
Exhibits must not be dismantled until 3:30 PM. The Prattville Service League can not assume responsibility for theft or damage on exhibits.
ALL VENDORS MUST BE SET UP BY 8:00 AM MONDAY, SEPT 2, 2024.
Lunch: One lunch ticket will be provided with each registration form, however, BBQ plates are served on a first come first serve basis beginning at 9:00 AM on Monday Sept 2nd 2024.
Entertainment: The Prattville Service League annual Labor Day BBQ begins at 9:00 AM on Monday, Sept 2nd 2024 with live continuous entertainment and the Miss Labor Day Pageant. Children’s games and activities are available in a designated area. Bingo and raffle drawings continue throughout the day. BBQ is served until it runs out.
Alcoholic Beverages: Prattville City Ordinance prohibits alcoholic beverages at this event. You may not sell or give away any drinks during the event without prior authorization from the Vendor chair
